The Print Address Labels option allows you to print address labels for the vendor in the selected record. When the Address Labels option is selected from the More or the Right Mouse (Context) Menu, the system displays a prompt that shows the Vendor RA# entered into the Pending record (if one was entered) or the invoice# associated with the shipment to the vendor. At this point, additional text can be added to the label text by keying it in. The system then prompts for the number of labels to be printed. Once the number has been accepted or edited and the OK button is pressed, the system activates the vendor label printing routine and it outputs the labels to display or printer (based on system policies for the vendor label print routine).
