Print Invoice Checkbox

The Print Invoice Checkbox allows you to indicate if you would like to print an invoice each time a new invoice is saved in the Direct Invoicing program. 

If the box is checked, the system will display the Print Options object or directly print the document to your default printer based on your Invoice print routing.

If the box is not checked, the system will not prompt or print as you save each invoice and the invoices can be printed later, using the Print Invoices program, or one of the Invoice Lookups.
