Quantity Fields:

The quantity fields that are displayed below the Item No and Description fields in the Inventory Adjustment program are used to display the current On Hand, Allocated, Reserved, and Total Reserved Quantities for the Selected Inventory Item.  These fields are used for display only and you may not modify any of the quantities displayed in these windows.  You may adjust the on hand quantity of the item by processing an adjustment, but you may not adjust an item below the allocated quantity shown for the item.  If you need to reduce the item quantity to a value less than the allocated quantity for the item being processed, you must first manually de-allocate the appropriate quantity from the sales or shop order lines that the item has been allocated to.
