The Returns button allows you to view the Return Authorizations or RMAs that have been entered into the system for the customer associated with the selected contact.
When the Returns Button is pressed, the system activates the Customer Returns Lookup program and it loads the program with the RA records that have been entered for the customer. Once the Customer Returns Lookup program is displayed, you may use the Status Radio buttons to select the returns records to be displayed. You may also use the Zoom and Expand options to view detailed information about each return displayed in the program.
You may obtain more information about the Customer Returns Lookup program by accessing the program and using the Help key to display the main application help for the program.
