Status Radio Buttons

The Radio Buttons that are located in the lower section of the IFT Management program are used to define the status of the Pending records which are displayed in the program.

The Status Radio Buttons allow you to select the Pending status to be displayed.

•      Open or “O” status records have been shipped from the source facility and have not been received at the destination facility.  Open records can be processed.

•      The Closed Status selection allows you to display closed records – mainly for research purposes.

•      The All status selection displays all pending transactions, but you may only process open status records.

The Status Radio Buttons are set by selecting the display index that you wish to use.  Selecting a display sequence that is labelled “All” will cause the button to move to the All option.  Selecting a display index that is labelled “Open or Closed” will cause the button to move to the Open option.  At this point, you may click the closed option to toggle between the open and closed selections.
