The total usage for an item - or the combined statistics for the item in all of your warehouse locations is calculated by the system based on the information in the individual montly and weekly records for each inventory item and location. Usage information can be displayed in the Monthly Usage History Lookup that is available from the Catalog and Inventory Management programs.
