Answer Records

The system creates one answer record for each question record, per customer.  For example if the customer is set to answer three questions sets A, B & C which total 30 questions, the system will create all 30 answer records the first time the system prompts for answers.  Each time the system prompts for answers it will check if additional questions need to be created.

A - Active, has never been answered.

E - Expired, has been answered in the past but is due to be answered again.

O - OK, question has been answered.

Z - cloZed, the date range has expired.

SET

Question Set

The Unique ID of the question.

NUMBER

Number

The question number within the question set.

COMPANY

Company Name

The name of the company that this question is for.

TEXT

Response

The response to the question.

SEQUENCE

Sequence

The sequence in the question set that this question is part of.

ACCOUNT

Account Number

The account number of the company that thus question is for.
