Creating a New Buying Group Record

New Buying Group or BGMASTER records can be created in the Buying Group Manager program by pressing the New button that is located in the top section of the program.  When the New Button is pressed, the system prompts you for the name of the new buying group.  Once you have entered the new Buying Group in the prompt object and have pressed ok, the system checks to make sure the buying group does not already exist.  If the new buying group is already present in the BGMASTER file, the program will display an error message to notify you that the record already exists.  If the buying group is not already in the system, the program will save the new record and return you to the Buying Group Manager so that you can edit the buying group or the members of the group.
