Issuing a New RA#/RA Creation

This procedure is used to issue a return authorization to a customer, in order for the customer to return goods to you for credit or for credit and replacement.  You may create a new return authorization or RA from two different places in the system. 

      You may select the Returns Management program from the menu and then use the Insert option to create a new RA.

      You may use the Accounts Receivable Invoice Lookup program to locate the invoice you wish to create the ra for, and then use the Create Return Authorization option to create a new ra for the selected invoice.
