Picklist Processing - End of Day Procedures

Since the StreamV System blocks allocation to printed order lines, any printed but unprocessed picklists should be reset at the end of each work day.  This allows the system to allocate any additional inventory that is needed to the order, and it also allows the system to correctly display any orders that are available to be shipped in the Picklist Management program.  Resetting any open picks at the end of the day also makes it possible for the

Warehouse personnel to make any required corrections to bin quantities (you may not adjust a bin quantity below the quantity that is committed – or open on printed picks).

Customer Service personnel to make any required correction to the sales orders prior to shipment.  When an open picklist exists for a sales order, the sales order may not be modified.
