When the View Incidents for Invoice option is selected, the system activates the Incidents for an Invoice Lookup program and it loads the program with all Incident records with an Invoice number equal to the selected invoice number.
The Incidents for an Invoice program allows you to
• View and edit existing incidents for the selected invoice
• Add a new incident for the invoice.
• Add Comments, Images or Actions to the Incidents for the Invoice.
