Zoom – AP Line Editor

The Zoom Option in the AP Invoice Entry program allows you to edit the distribution lines that have been created for the invoice being processed.

Once an AP Distribution Line has been created, and before the invoice is saved, you may edit the information in the distribution line by selecting or highlighting the line and by using the Zoom Option. When the Zoom Option is selected, the system activates the AP Line Editor program and it loads the program with the information for the selected distribution line.
